CANCELLATION POLICY

Poppy & Fern Hair Studio Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy Appointments & Booking Poppy & Fern Hair Studio is a private, appointment-only salon. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. As an independently operated business, appointment availability is limited, and cancellations or last-minute changes directly affect scheduling and income. All appointments must be confirmed to remain on the schedule. Deposits A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. • All deposits are nonrefundable for client-initiated cancellations, regardless of how far in advance the appointment is canceled. • Providing 24 hours’ notice allows you to cancel your appointment but does not entitle you to a deposit refund. • Deposits compensate for reserving appointment time that may otherwise have been available to another client. • In genuine emergencies, a deposit may be honored as a future appointment credit at the studio’s discretion. Emergency credits are not guaranteed. Cancellations All cancellations must be completed through the online booking system at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Phone calls, text messages, and emails are not accepted as official cancellation methods. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled online, subject to availability and the booking system’s permitted rescheduling window. A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per appointment. A second request to reschedule will be declined, and a new appointment with a new deposit will be required. Deposits are not transferable to unrelated appointments or other clients unless expressly approved by the studio. Refunds & Service Adjustments Refunds are not provided for completed services, changes of mind, or client-initiated cancellations, except where required by applicable law. If you have a concern about your completed service, please contact the studio within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustment requests will be evaluated individually and are not automatically guaranteed. If the studio must cancel an appointment and cannot provide the booked service, applicable refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered as required by law. Agreement to Policies By completing your booking and paying the required deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit policies disclosed during checkout. These policies are in place to respect the time reserved for every client and to maintain fair, consistent scheduling for everyone.
