CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy • A 75% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. • All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online. • Only one rescheduling online is allowed Refund and Adjustment Policy • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. • Deposits are also nonrefundable. • If you believe an adjustment is necessary, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. • Also please avoid taking phone and FaceTime calls during your service unless it’s an emergency. • All cancellations must be done online 24 prior to appointment time. Please don’t call or email cancellations.
