Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • All cancellations must be completed online at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. • Phone calls and emails are not accepted for cancellations. • Only one online rescheduling is permitted per appointment. • All appointments must be confirmed to remain on the schedule. Refunds, Adjustments & Deposits • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. • Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. • If you believe an adjustment is needed, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns.
